Just all around the best grooming for your dog
Miss Terry has always done a great job with my little girl Yorkie, Cissy Noland Carter. Miss Terry is one person I trust with my dog.
Do not take your animals to this place! To avoid any type of unethical accusations, I will only give facts and everyone can arrive at their own conclusions about the incident. We took our 2 dogs to get groomed here, both of which were fully healthy before we dropped them off and are also very small breeds that at no point have ever shown any aggression towards people. After receiving a very frustrated call from Terry that the dogs were ready, we arrive to pick up the dogs and one of them could not stand on her back legs. Terry (the owner) informs us that she simply stretched and all of the sudden her back legs gave out. After x-rays at the vet the same day, the vet informs us that she has a ruptured disk that was caused by compression (from being forcefully held down or from being dropped). After a heartbreaking decision to have to choose between her living and being paralyzed for the rest of her life or having her put to sleep, we had to have her put down the next day. Our vet, without any accusations, asked us who the groomers were and it was very obvious from the body language presented that we were not the only people who have had problems like this from this business. Please do not take your animals to this woman.
Terry is great! Each time I take my dogs in she is very friendly. A true animal lover. She always does a great job trimming nails a bathing them. Would recommend her to anyone.
Oh where should I start!! This place is the best place around for getting your dog or cat groomed. And I don't have to leave my pets there all day. I brought my dog in first and his hair was matted from running out in field next to our home. I couldn't believe how beautiful he turned out. I thought is was a different dog. The next day, I brought in my cat. We made early morning appointment before other pets got there. I had the cat shaved because it sheds a lot with long hair. I was asked if I would like to stay with cat because she never had this done before. I sat there an scratched her neck while groomer trimmed my cat into a lion cut. Before I knew it she was done, and was barely an hour. We both left so happy!
